JACKSONVILLE, FL. - July 17, 2001 -
Capernaum Inc. and Cisco Systems recently agreed to present a series
entitled, "The Next Generation Call Center". The first
seminar will be held in Jacksonville, FL July 24, 2001 in Cisco
Systems offices, located at 10550 Deerwood Park Blvd., Suite 500
at 8:30 a.m. After breakfast, there will be a presentation followed
by a demonstration of advanced call center functionality using an
IP telephony communication system. "The Next Generation Call
Center" Series will run four consecutive weeks in Jacksonville,
Tampa, Miami, and Ft. Lauderdale.
The seminars will target call center executives and managers who
are interested in making their call centers more efficient, productive,
and profitable. Capernaum's expertise stems from providing these
kinds of solutions through development, installation, and continuing
support of state of the art call centers across the country. Cisco

data solutions over an IP network.
After the presentation and demonstration, engineers will be available
in break out sessions to discuss specific ways call centers can

IP, predictive dialing, skills based routing, and many other features
that are essential to a modern, profitable call center.
