At the Interactive Intelligence Global Partner Conference, Capernaum’s Sr. Engineer Will Taylor won the Handler Competition.

During the competition, the computer telephony engineers were given a scenario that required them to develop a solution using Interactive Intelligence’s administrative and design tools. Contestants were given 2 hours to complete their solution. Entries were judged on the functionality of the solution, and on the elegance and logic of their solution’s design.

Interactive Intelligence chose Will’s solution as the winner, and presented him with an award at the annual Awards Banquet. Tom Rossi, Capernaum’s President said, “We’re very proud of Will. He’s an invaluable asset to our company and all of our customers.”
